Engadget is run by a bunch of butthurt Macfags. The editors got called out on their bullshit multiple times before and after the MaxiPad was announced.

Most of the computers on the right side are Macs, unfortunately.

Anandtech is pretty good for hardware news.
Not too sure about TechCrunch, but they look promising.
Slashdot is heavily Linux/FSF-biased, but if you're into that sort of thing it's good.
