I call BS. 3.1.3 fucked things up for jailbreakers that use a Iphone 3GS, the 3G and older can all downgrade the base band in order to re-jb the phone but 3GS users can't. With the apple messiah still on OS 3.1.2, this can only mean one thing: he is trolling the jail breakers!
