Ever since Microsoft made DOS, Apple just thinks anything that runs a computer is theirs.

They also invented the concept of electricity, because that's apparently what they patented when undervolting their phone CPUs.

Go figure.

The patent system in the US is horribly broken. Software should not be patentable at all, it just doesn't work. Ridiculous wars like this are par for the course, because EVERYONE infringes on somebody else's patents if they look hard enough. I think IBM still have a patent on the only sensible / fast algorithm for drawing a straight line between two points.

tl;dr = there will be a lot of sabre-rattling then they will settle out of court and cross-license each other's bullshit patents, life goes on.

Steve, I think you just fucked yourself in the ass here, things like this need to be replicated to improve functionality.

Here's hoping that all software patents are declared null and void as a result of this ^^

That only happens when you sit down with the phone in the pocket of a tight pair of pants.

Only faggots have this problem. E.g. - Apple users.

Try eating less, and doing more exercise.
